Rendez-vous 2022 delegate registration is open. This year's Delegate Registration for CITT/ICTS Rendez-vous Annual Conference is combined with World Stage Design and gives  access to both events.

This registration, using the World Stage Design online registration portal, is the first step before signing up for sessions and social events from the Rendez-vous conference programming, and is also necessary to buy tickets for WSD performances, workshops, masterclasses, or seminars.

Sign-up for Rendez-vous 2022 sessions and social events will open as soon as the conference programming is complete. CITT will communicatesSchedule updates via its enewsletter, website, and socials.

CITT/ICTS members, in order to benefit from the special rate and efficiently identify themself as a CITT/ICTS member, will be asked to enter a specific discount code in the registration form. Contact CITT for the discount code.

Registration process for Rendez-vous 2022

On the first page of the online registration form,  fill in the Personal Information section and then select the Hybrid Registration type* that best describes your status: Professional - Hybrid, Emerging Artist - Hybrid or Student - Hybrid. On the second page, select Event D - 2 events: World Stage Design and CITT/ICTS Rendez-vous 2022 and click next. Sessions for future events on page 3 are not available for now, click next to continue the process until you get to the final payment page and enter the CITT/ICTS discount code.

Registration Fees

Registration Fee for OISTAT Members and CITT/ICTS Members – Hybrid (includes in-person attendance to both events and digital access to WSD virtual events):

   Professional: $100.00 CAD + GST
   Emerging Artists (Student between Sept 2016 – December 2021): $80.00 CAD + GST
   Students (Currently enrolled in School): $60.00 CAD + GST

All registration fees are subject to 5% Goods and Services Tax.
