Early bird registration for the in-person AES Show Vegas 2021 has been extended through to Tuesday, August 31.

Marking the AES’s return to live, in-person events, AES Show Vegas 2021 will take place October 11–13, 2021, at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, NV, and will be co-located with the rescheduled NAB Show. As the AES’s first international event to be held in Las Vegas, the change in venue will offer an updated exhibition and showcase format, with a focused tech program of onsite presentations and demonstrations, as well as the chance to reconnect, face-to-face, with peers and pros from around the world.

In a commitment to the health and safety of attendees, AES Show Vegas 2021 will implement the following protocols:

Face Coverings: AES and NAB will keep up-to-date with CDC and Clark County, NV guidelines. Both shows will be mandating masks while attending the in-person event in Las Vegas.

Clean Hands: Sanitizer stations will be available at almost every turn, and touchless experiences (such as registration) will be provided as frequently as possible.

Physical Distancing: Meeting rooms will be set at 75% capacity to allow for comfortable distance between participants.

Following the in-person show in Las Vegas, the AES Show Fall 2021 International Convention will take place online from October 20-23.
