Underpinning its ambitions to continue growth and add diverse talents, Renkus-Heinz has announced the appointment of Felicia Lopez, Derryl Webb, and Marisa Lainson as trade show and personnel coordinator, customer service manager, and marketing manager, respectively.

“As we continue to strengthen our team, we are excited to have the opportunity to work with these dynamic individuals,” says Monika Smetona, president of Renkus-Heinz. “As a 40-plus-year-old company, we are aware of the necessity to bring on board passionate people with new and diverse ideas.”

Felicia Lopez joins the company as trade show and personnel coordinator with an extensive background in customer service, client management and sales and logistics coordination. Lopez most recently worked as a transportation specialist for Adesa Auction Operations. Lopez will utilize her expertise to lead Renkus-Heinz's trade shows as events make a return post-pandemic. She is determined to bring her high-performing, detail-oriented and customer-centric experience to all shows, modeling the Renkus-Heinz commitment to excellence.

“I’ve always been passionate about music and live events. After attending my first NAMM in 2018, I was enchanted, and I’m thrilled to now help coordinate Renkus-Heinz’s presence at industry shows,” says Lopez. “I can’t wait to get started, and I’m looking forward to making the company proud.”

Webb joins Renkus-Heinz as customer service manager with a proven track record in leadership and personnel development. With over 30 years of management experience and an additional 20-plus years as a technology business owner servicing the hospitality industry, Webb is a skilled business analyst with a knack for identifying bottlenecks and establishing solutions for optimal business expansion. He possesses extensive qualifications in all facets of project life cycle, from initial feasibility analysis and conceptual design through documentation, implementation, user training and enhancement.

“I have always believed I am in the people business, so every day is a new opportunity to make a positive impact in someone’s life,” noted Webb.

Coming to Renkus-Heinz with nearly 10 years of experience in communications, Marisa Lainson joins as marketing manager with a background primarily in copywriting, editing, design, and media management. She recently finished her MFA at the University of California, Irvine, where she taught writing and research for the last three years and served as Co-Editor-in-Chief of Faultline Magazine.

“At heart, I’m a storyteller with a passion for digital media and messaging as a means of fostering connections between people,” comments Lainson. “I’m excited to join this team of passionate, skilled individuals and communicate how our products bring value to people’s lives.”

Expressing her enthusiasm and positive outlook for the future of Renkus-Heinz, Smetona is prepared and looking forward to the company's expansive growth.

“I am always happy when someone joins our team – knowing there will be an infusion of new energy and ideas. Renkus-Heinz history is dependent on the new generation of team members to write our next chapter; I predict our future will be bright,” adds Smetona.
